When accessing the accounts enabled with the paper lantern theme we could see that the image icons not being displayed.
We have tried a cpanel upgrade on the server but could still find the issue being persisting.
Steps to reproduce:
Login to any cpanel with paper lantern enabled.
Once logged in you could see that the cpanel does not show any icons
I re-installed the paper_lantern theme.
